2 years ago the transmission in my daughter and son-in-law’s car went out. As I do some automotive repair myself, Honest One auto were extremely accommodating in working with me. I replaced the transmission and brought it to them to check over my work and calibrate the engine control module to the new transmission. Everything went well and I’d recommend them to anyone. I brought my truck in for diagnostic testing and had some initial concerns to the charges. The general manager called me proactively after my visit and remedied my concerns and followed up personally. Customer service is absolutely their first priority and I would feel comfortable working with them again in the future.

Our first visit to Honest-1 was for a 30,000 mile scheduled maintenance. The staff was very professional, organized and pleasant. They provided a detailed analysis in e-mail form of what they recommended and provided the exact cost before asking for my consent to do the work. The facilities were clean and organized. I have no complaints at all. Based on this initial experience I'll be going back.
