This was our first use of their service. I felt very comfortable working with Jim discussing the service needed for our VW Passat. They were efficient in getting the service done in apprx. 40 minutes. Their future recommended service noted for us, is valuable and we will definitely follow their advice.

I am from out of town (3 hours away) and happen to break down across the street from Honest-1 Auto care. I was stressed due to family leaving on a trip the next morning. We showed up at 7:00 a.m. when the business opened and had immediate service. By 8:00 a.m. we had our vehicle checked out, answers and were able to adjust from there. I have never been this satisfied with an auto company our had such great service. This place is top notch and I would recommend Honest-1 Auto Care in Prior Lake to anyone.

Great and very friendly service

Prior Lake store is always friendly and upfront. Asked me about my newborn I had with and we talked family for a few minutes. This is what brings me back. Offered air filter replacement and power steering repairs but did not push. Thank you

I love this location!! I can't say enough about how awesome Troy and John are! They make sure you know everything that is going on with your vehicle and how much its going to cost. They are AMAZING!!!! I bring all my vehicles here and they never disappoint!!
