Prior Lake Auto Repair

I have not been to this business prior to this. I was treated as a human with compassion and understanding, from my first phone call to my visit and problem resolution. This is the type of attention and service one wishes to have every time. But we all know that this can't happen "every time" but sure hope it will. Thanks to the service writers, Jim, John, and Devin who in stowed confidents and made me feel comfortable.

Working with Honest-1 was so easy! I was able to get scheduled for an oil change same day, over my lunch break. The employees were very nice and professional, and there's a comfortable sitting area to wait while your car is being worked on. I will be going back, and I would definitely recommend to others. Plus, there are coupons online! The price was less than I expected!
