We appreciate always getting good service with Troy and Billy.

I was extremely impressed and satisfied when I couldn't get my transmission out of park in my garage and Troy tried to talk me through resolution but to no avail. Then, when towing, AAA (Bobby and Steves) tried to resolve the issue in my garage but to no avail. So, the car was towed to Prior Lake Honest-1 and about an hour later, Troy called to say that a part had broken in the transmission but they could have it and installed in just a couple of days. I was surprised about how quickly the vehicle was ready. I couldn't be more pleased.

Troy was especially helpful, suggesting a plan that may save me a lot of money. Everyone I encountered is customer oriented. Good Training!

Our car was serviced with an oil change and tire rotation. We were advised that work would be completed in 1 hour, but it was completely finished in 40 minutes. The personnel were extremely friendly, professional and thorough in the explanation of everything. The facility is spotless, too. We would recommend using Honest-1 Auto Care in Prior Lake for all of your automobile service needs.

Good communication with me regarding the status of my vehicle. Appears that they did their due diligence to track down a replacement part my vehicle needed.
