I've been taking my 2016 GMC Acadia Denali to H1 Auto Care in Prior Lake for about 4 years now. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else because they are Honest, Trustworthy, Extremely Professional, Very Nice & remember me every time I call & bring my car in. I needed an oil change & a new valve for my tire & I tried to get in asap, they couldn't get me in for a few day's so Troy offered to get me into the Burnsville location. I said No, No, No lol I want to take my vehicle to you guy's!😄 No offense to the Burnsville location, I just know them at the Prior Lake location. I've referred my Fiance' & his Mother to H1 Auto & They both think they are great! They went above & beyond for my Fiance's Mother as well. I will only go here for my car's service! Thank You H1 Auto Care For Everything! 😀

Have had several vehicles in for work here. They are friendly and seem to do good work. Their rates are in line with most shops but I trust them more than most others. Check for coupons on their web site.

Troy and Kurt always make good recommendations, always let me know what should be done soon and what can be safely (and legally!) delayed, what can be budgeted. The work is excellent and I feel good about taking my vehicles there.

Went to Honest-1 to find out what was causing some symptoms on my vehicle. Store Manager Troy was very helpful and went out of his way on my requests. I will definitely return for future auto work.
