Last week I drop a lot of money with Honest One and 6 days later I had another engine repair. Honest 1 was so kind and generous that took care of this weeks repairs. Amazing and kind business that helped a single Mom out in time of need. Thank you so much. Helping the community with local businesses is where it’s at. I’m so grateful! ❤️

I just picked up my vehicle today after it only being there for a short time. I worked with Kurt D. What an extremely considerate and courteous person. Thank you for helping me with my car. This is my second time bringing my car to Honest 1 in Prior Lake, always a great experience even if you have car problems and being a senior citizen.

The customer service was very kind but unfortunately a lot of mistakes occurred. We were without a vehicle for long periods of time, the same error with our transmission was made twice, we lost 705 $ because we had to rent a truck to fit our family. The transmission that was first put in was incorrect and we had to have it replaced again. Just got very messy in the end. Im thankful that customer service was kind and helpful. Honest 1 called and helped pay the rental money. Thank you for your support.
