We had my daughter's Tiguan in for some oil leaks. The VW shop wanted a fair amount more to fix them. Kurt was extremely attentive and professional and kept me updated throughout the process. Prior to the oil change, my vehicle was on the hoist where an inspection was performed on my brakes and a visual of the underside. Once lowered, the engine compartment was checked. A report was given to the front desk representative where he then came to me to give thorough results. Antifreeze and power steering fluid slightly low which they topped off. Keep an eye out for any future leaks. Some rust developing on sides of front brake rotors but good thickness of pad left. He told me if brakes start to squeal when used, it may be time for a front brake job. Then then oil change happened and I was done. I felt more relaxed about the condition of my car afterwards. Good morning okay it gives me great pleasure to give this review. Because I've never seen an auto shop quite like this one. I have a F-150 2001 and I had my truck towed to this particular shop honest one in prior lake and I asked them to tell me all that was wrong with it they did just that and it was my exhaust manifolds I needed brake shoes and I needed an oil change why ask for oil change they did all of that and then they found out the cylinder head had a spark plug in it they tried to repair that it didn't work too good because the cylinder head must have been damaged so they put another motor in my truck I can't tell you how happy I was ran into a few snags and so they found out that I needed an alternator as well and some other things they adjusted and it was no cost to me for the motor and the alternator and I've never had a shop do that in my life time I would recommend them to any and everybody not only are there honest one they are very good people because I need my truck to get to work I'm afraid of driving a small car in the snow and they accommodated me more over and above I am very happy to go outside and start my truck up thank you honest one and prior lake Troy and they also came and got me when my truck was ready and I'm so sorry I can't think of the gentleman's name but thank you and Bob I want to say Pete but I don't know his name I just want to say thank you so much I appreciate all of you guys and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
