The whole staff is great from Scott and Troy to the mechanics. I have a 2010 Traverse which is the year of bad cars. They have been honest with me about how to fix it and what really needs to be done. We have had other mechanics check to be sure. We are trying to keep the car for our soon to be 16 yr old and feel they have done right by us.

Our car was not shifting from low to high speed. We had warning light on all the time. We couldn't get it fixed. Honest1 tested our car and explained it all to us. Then we were given options that made complete sense. Then, to top it all off, we were able to finance the bill WITH 0% INTEREST for 12 months . You can't beat it!

I have been going here for years. Friendly staff. If i wait in the lobby, the wait time is not too long. The lobby is clean and they offer beverages while you wait. When dropping off, they are done quickly. One thing I LOVE about this place is they don’t try to upsell everything and they don’t say I need all these expensive new filters or the most expensive car tune up. In fact, they have never done that. Reasonable prices. I would recommend Honest-1.

Everyone there is always nice, I had to have a large repair job done, not only did they save me almost half of what others quoted me, they got it done the same day. Love getting a ride back home and knowing that if I absolutely needed it I could get a rental. This is definitely my go to shop from now on!
