The guys here are always extremely friendly and courteous they do a good job and they do it in a timely fashion which is always appreciated. I guess the only thing I didn't really like was the fact that when you buy their VIP card you think you're going to get free oil changes but then they still end up costing you around 10 bucks each time and had I known that when I bought the card I probably would have just paid for oil changes each time and not bought the VIP

loaner vechile really helps with a single household. rates are better than a dealership, personal friendly staff, full advance extimates. i drive 15 miles ow. many near my home that I do not use due to these reasons.

Lived up to their name today. Took apart my door and reported that I didn't need the $500 repair I thought i did right now. Made recommendations on a couple other issues but no pressure at all. No charge, only took an hour, and gave me a loaner car. Excellent customer service. Troy was great!

I appreciate that Honest-1 Autocare never tries to sell me services that I don't need. They call with a diagnosis of what they've found and we discuss options to fix the problem (or not). Their work is guaranteed with a warranty so that's an added bonus. I strongly recommend them for service work.
