The best service ever!

Everyone there is always nice, I had to have a large repair job done, not only did they save me almost half of what others quoted me, they got it done the same day. Love getting a ride back home and knowing that if I absolutely needed it I could get a rental. This is definitely my go to shop from now on!

I had a fabulous experience with Honest-1. I recently had an issue with my tire and they spent a lot of time trying to fix it. They were able to fix, test the tire, and fill it. They didn't charge me anything - not even labor. They also did an oil change and had a printed copy of other maintenance items without any pressure of performing the maintenance. I worked with Erick - and he was incredibly nice and professional. I will be going back to Honest-1.

Bought a 08 Ford Escape from Metro Ford in Eden Prairie. Two days after I bought it the engine was smoking. Brought it back TWICE to them and they told me it was some part that would cost $1700. Cut to Friday when I realized it was almost out of oil. Brought it to Honest 1 and in 5 minutes they found the problem. The oil filter was barely screwed in, causing oil to drip on the exhaust, causing the smoke. I will recommend this place before I am blue in the face. $28 fix for what the dealership told me was going to be $1700—the dealership never even checked the oil filter. Thanks for saving me a LOT of $$!!!!!

Great service at reasonable price.

I have taken my car to Honest-1 many times and am happy with the service that I have received. The staff is friendly and the mechanics are very good. I will continue to recommend Honest-1 to others. I love that they pull my car up to the front door when the work is complete and leave a surprise snack on my dashboard. On a couple of occasions, they have even put a flower on my dashboard.
