Our granddaughter lives in Prior Lake and we were visiting her. We experienced a problem with the brakes on our truck. A few years ago we had used Honest 1 for car repair when we were visiting and received excellent service. We called them again. They worked to get us in and on the road back home. The staff was friendly and communicative. They made sure we knew when parts were ordered/delivered and when the truck was being worked on. They exceeded the expectations we had for when the repairs would be completed. A thorough inspection was done before work began and when the work was complete we were confident that we would not experience any more problems. Competent service at a reasonable price. Thank you

Love troy! Only issue I have is that my brakes have been giving out too quickly and they were going to check why I have gone thru 2 sets of brakes and I never heard from anyone. When I came to get my car, troy was already gone and the other guy didnt know anything about it

I was there for an oil change with my 150k corvette and was told i had a leak spraying on the motor, had to take it to another mechanic and pay them to tell me nothing was leaking, not so honest in my opinion

I've always had a great experience here, as their name implies, they're honest and professional! They now even have a system that incorporates photos that their techs take of issues found during the inspection (dirty filters, tire wear, leaks, oil/fluid quality), it's really awesome! Highly recommend!
