We really appreciate the care the Honest 1 team took to get our Audi Q7 back on the road. They worked us into a busy schedule and dealt with our repair expertly and efficiently. They also addressed another issue that had been plaguing the vehicle for months. This is the second vehicle we have brought to the Prior Lake location and both experiences were fantastic. The first time we were there, we needed a bunch of work done on our convertible. At the time, we had already brought the vehicle to their location and were waiting on another shop (body shop) to find out if we needed a new soft top window, or if we needed to replace the whole thing. Honest 1 allowed us to keep our vehicle at their facility while we waited to hear about our potential roof replacement concern from the other body shop. Ultimately, Honest 1’s flexibility helped ease our stress around these costly repairs.
