Had to get the brakes and rotors replaced on my 2015 Infiniti QX60. Fair price and service was good. Only they changed the air filter and in process got some dirt in, which tripped the engine light sensor and the engine check light was on. I had to come again next day to have that fixed, completely free of charge though, only if the tech would have checked it before might have saved me a trip back. Anyways good customer service nevertheless.

I’ve gotten repairs here three times now, and I can say with confidence that this is a place to go. Great customer service and great communication all the way through. Also a huge thank you to John for all of his help along the way!

I thought both John & Kurt were very courteous and friendly. They were able to get my son’s car in the shop very quickly. Also, Honest-1 are one of the few people opened on a Saturday. As for the mechanics in the shop, they didn’t do their due diligence. I was charged $75 for them to tell me that my A/C compressor was bad when I already told them the compressor wouldn’t run. Also, to have the compressor fixed the estimate would cost me approximately $900. What I found was that the A/C pressure switch wires were torn off the switch which is a condition to allow the A/C compressor to run. Of course, I didn’t catch that until I pulled the under body splash guards off. I’d be very cautious about taking my vehicles there again. I’d like to update my comments on my experience with Honest-1 Auto. After I posted my first review I received a call from Troy-store manager of Honest-1 regarding my initial comment. He said he wanted to make things right with me so he reimbursed the $75 for the diagnosis and the $189 for vacuuming out the old refrigerant. I was impressed on how quickly I heard back from Honest-1 as they seemed to really care about customer satisfaction. I increased my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars. I was hesitant to update my review from to 5 stars because I bought and installed the new compressor and dryer b/c of the incorrect diagnosis. But, I appreciate the great follow-up and making things right with me. Because of the call from Troy, I will be going back to Honest-1 in the future. Thank you Troy!

Had a radiator issue and they were able to squeeze me in the very next day. Finishing it in a business day. Highly recommend!

7/10/23 Update: Some issues came up after a wheel hub replacement however they made things right in the end. Highly recommend.

FAST reply, got truck in, evaluated & fixed in 24hrs vs competition stating they are out 2 weeks before looking at it. Capacity means a lot when folks are in need of something fast. Thanks for stepping up!
